Balance Cutting
The upper and lower turrets can support each other by machining at the same time. The two turning tools, one on top of the other, can shorten the machining time by half and achieve the anti-vibration effect.
Double Y-Axes
Double Y-axis can really realize the function of double turret, which can do off-center drilling or milling at the same time with both upper and lower turrets.
Power Turret
• Using Duplomatic 16T power turret imported from Italy.
• Specification of tool holder: VDI-30 Axial / DIN-5480.
• Radial tool-disc and L-shaped body are suitable for main and sub-spindle machining, and can increase the length of the rear side tool.
• Powered by FANUC α3 spindle motor 3.7 kW.
